Please Note - Shipping Service Does Not Mean Delivery Time.
Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + packaging + Shipping Method
It can take 24-48 hours to process an order. Most available stock orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of order placement. Stock refers to items that can be purchased without any custom or production charges and are normally carried in inventory. We ship via USPS, UPS & DHL International. Please be aware when selecting "2-day Priority Mail", this refers only to time in transit from the acceptance of the package at the post office, and unfortunately does not take into account holidays, weekends, order processing and packaging time. Larger items such as Skates, Zuca Bags and blades are usually shipped UPS Ground, Next Day shipping is available at a higher fee, please contact us if this is a desired shipping option.

Stock refers to items that can be purchased without any custom or production charges and are normally carried in inventory. It does NOT reference the products availability.
Due to the vast color and sizing options, not all items are available in stock at all times. These items may need to be ordered from distributors or manufacturers upon receiving the order from our customers. This is not considered as a backordered item, but as temporarily out of stock. In these circumstances, orders could be delayed until the product is received by The Sharper Edge. Also, we do have items that can be drop-shipped directly to the customer – this saves time and allows us to get the items to our customers faster.

International Orders: Orders shipped outside the continental US and to all other international destinations are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. We do have the ability to ship DHL International, please contact us for shipping quotes. This is a 1-2 day shipping method. Please be aware: The Sharper Edge will not be responsible for any additional charges incurred by customs offices or Duty and VAT taxes that may be applicable.
There are times that the shipping is incorrectly calculated on our website. This can be due to the weight of an item or delivery location. For this reason, The Shaper Edge reserves the right to appropriately adjust any shipping charge quoted by our website.
The Sharper Edge is not responsible for any product or timeline once it has been released to the shipping company.
Problems with delivery:
*Please be aware: It is the customers Responsibility to maintain a secure location for packages to be delivered* In the event of a damaged package or items missing from the order, the customer MUST keep all packaging for inspection by shipping agency and notify The Sharper Edge within 48 hours of delivery. Without the packaging a loss claim cannot be filed.
- The Sharper Edge cannot be responsible for incorrectly delivered packages that have been stolen from porches or front doors.
- If your tracking number says it has been delivered but you do not have the item, contact your local post office or call UPS immediately.
- If the ship to address is entered incorrectly and then returned back to us, we will contact you for an attempt to re-ship. You will be responsible for paying the cost to ship a second time.
If you do not have a secure area for packages to be left please contact us for a shipping option that requires a signature. Ground shipping and Priority mail do not require a signature. Once delivery is confirmed by the shipper it is considered in your possession.
