Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

ONLINE - INTERNET SALES:
We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase, you are still responsible for shipping the return to us. Special Order Returns (unless we made a mistake) are also subject to a 15% restocking fee. Exchanges can be made up to 21 days of purchase, you are still responsible for shipping fees. We cannot accept boots that have had blades mounted on them or blades that have been sharpened by anyone other than us. Returns must arrive to us in the same condition they left our shop. **Please call or email for a return authorization number.

We are not responsible for incorrect sizing or premature breakdown of skates due to over sizing. Be sure you have the correct size before ordering. You may call us for assistance with measuring but unless we can measure you in person we cannot guarantee the fit.

* Once the blades are mounted on a pair of blades they are NON-Returnable.

* If the skates are skated in they are NON-Returnable.

Once your return is received we will refund you your original payment.  Please be aware, if you received free shipping, the cost of the shipping to you will be deducted from your refund amount.   

IN STORE & ONLINE:

Custom & Special Order Skates are Non-returnable and Non-refundable.  We will do our best to work with you to resolve issues you may have.  But please be aware we cannot give refunds for these type of items.  

Closeout Items are Non-returnable and Non-refundable.

We are happy to answer any questions you might have. Being skaters ourselves we know the importance of getting the right fit. If you are unsure of sizing, we are happy to help! Also, if you are waiting on a product that is on back order or being drop-shipped to you from the factory, don't hesitate to call or e-mail us for status.
