Shipping Information:
We will ship your purchase within 2-3 business days. Please note this means Monday - Friday for UPS and Monday - Saturday for USPS.
There may be a $10.00 shipping charge for non-stocking items.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We will accept returns within 7 days of purchase, you are still responsible for shipping (both ways). All returns (unless we made a mistake) are also subject to a 10% restocking fee. Exchanges can be made up to 7 days of purchase, you are still responsible for all shipping fees. We cannot accept boots that have had blades mounted on them or blades that have been sharpened by anyone other than us. Returns must arrive to us in the same condition they left our shop. Please call or email for a return authorization number.
All Clearance Items and Special Orders are Final Sale.
We are not responsible for incorrect sizing or premature breakdown of skates due to over sizing. Be sure you have the correct size before ordering. You may call us for assistance with measuring but unless we can measure you in person we cannot guarantee the fit.
